Many people believe that skipping breakfast will help them lose weight (which is not true). Others say it's hard for them to eat breakfast because of time, or they just don't feel like it.  Whatever your reason is, forget about it and START EATING BREAKFAST!


Here are a few benefits:     


-increases your metabolism                                                                                                 


-provides you with energy and nutrients                                                                     


-you are more likely to to meet your requirments of vitamins and minerals


-studies show that breakfast can be an important factor in maintaining a a healthy body weight.                                                                                                               


-increased energy level                                                                                                        


-increased concentration


These are just a few benefits of eating breakfast, but it should be enough to make you want to try to do better.

Stretching


If you are looking to start working out, or just want to get better results, think about adding flexibility training to your workout. 


The Benefits of Flexibility Training



  • Decreases muscle imbalances

This web-site provides pictures of different exercises. I know this is a body building site, but you don’t have to be a body builder to do these J Just click on the muscle you want to stretch and make sure you read the tips below the picture.

My Tips:


Hold each stretch for at least 30 sec.


Relax and breathe freely


Don’t bounce


Focus on a pain free stretch (if you feel pain, you have gone too far)
